Managing Client Expectations
Speaker: Chantale Bordonaro, Certified Professional Organizer and Relocation Specialist

Clients can be demanding. Navigating their expectations takes experience and finesse, and on June 10th, we are going to “unpack" everything you need to know about setting the tone for your client experience. We’re going to review:

  • How to define your clients’ needs and expectations
  • How to adapt and manage changes along with the project
  • Lessons learned from the trenches
  • Navigating a COVID changing marketplace with clients in tow
